Originally Ernst was almost an ideal Aryan - 6'2" tall, blonde cropped hair, bright blue eyes, slim, wiry build and handsome but fairly harsh features. Since his transformation, Ernst has become about 5'11" tall (due to redistribution of body mass), and has become far more beautiful, softer featured and with a voluptuous hourglass figure. Her new body is such that there is no way she can disguise herself as a man, and she bears a distinct resemblance to Flora. Her voice is very similar to that of Talia Winters in 'Babylon 5'. She still keeps her hair cropped short, refuses to have anything to do with makeup, wears masculine, semi military clothing (usually a shirt and trousers, with boots, plus a jacket and long overcoat in cold weather) and has a military bearing. She wears no jewellery apart from a signet ring on the third finger of her left hand (a gold band with an obsidian disc carved into a snarling wolfs head facing left with ivory teeth and a ruby eye - Ernst's brigade ring) and a Family signet ring on the middle finger of her left hand. She is right handed and usually carries a (functional) dagger. If she put her mind to it Ernst could easily look like a total bimbo.
Ernst still dislikes her new body, though she has had to get used to it. It worries her that she could, in time, become fully adjusted to it. She is still fairly arrogant, humourless and essentially not very nice, but is not quite as extreme as she once was, her transformation having slightly mellowed her in that respect at least. She speaks formally, and will bow in a stiff, military fashion, clicking her heels together. She smokes cigarettes and cigars, and has been known to drink heavily. Occasionally she visits brothels in the city; although she is physically a woman, mentally she is still male and thus attracted to women...
She will not tell her story to people unless she feels she really needs to - she still finds the whole thing embarrassing and humiliating, and does not like to talk about it without cause.
