This ship was designed for patrols and combat with civilian-type ships rather
than with more powerful military craft. It is also used for groundside security
and policing duties, with the aid of its troops and sub-craft.

Ship's Troops consist of a tank crew of 3, a G-carrier crew of 2, and a 10-man 
unit of troops. The tank commander and troop commander have small staterooms; 
the rest of the troops sleep in bunks. Troops wear TL11 Combat Armour and use 
ACRs, ARLs and Laser Rifles.
