It makes sense in some circumstances to have a vessel which can quickly move
long distances within a star system under its own power, and that is what this
vessel is designed to do. When not having to move long distances, it can use its
jump fuel to give its power plant extra endurance. In that case endurance
increases to 17 days at full power and 22 days in extended endurance mode.
