Has an inbuilt computer (as generic hovertank computer).

An old but hardy design still found in, still found in less developed nations in 1994. Needs a forward spotter or access to some kind of positioning system to aim guns effectively; even so it takes about 5 minutes to do so (Time Delay on Cannon).
