A martial art developed for fighting underwater, but quite good on land, too. It uses thrusting and jabbing attacks which are hindered by water resistance as little as possible, plus grabs (and the means to escape them) allowing a practitioner another means of inflicting damage on a target without being hindered by water resistance.
In the Overman 2335 setting it was developed in the settlements in the oceans of Europa (particularly the capital, Xochimilco) and those in the seas of Earth, and well as a few individual who explored the ethane oceans of Titan.

Although intended for the Overman 2335 setting, I think this martial art would work equally well for other underwater-dwelling humanoids, for example in a fantasy setting.
