- Acharne. Ex-super mercenary martial artist who became a hero after developing a conscience. Played by Christopher Osbourne.
- Aeon. Three thousand year old thrill-seeking psionic who can also turn into Finn, an eight metre tall, 400 ton mass giant. Played by Keith Grainge.
- Beltane/Aura. Daughter (unknowingly) of the villain Dark Aura, with darkness powers; possessed by a demon, she was eventually freed and gained light powers, becoming Aura. Played by Jane Winter.
- The Chameleon. Woman with invisibility and chemical powers.
- Crossfire. Shrinking vigilante maniac with a flight and power-blast imbuing ring; left the party after ring was stolen. Played by David McNally.
- The Cyber-Samurai. Unwitting brainwashed clone of the Ninja, in experimental powered combat armour. Played by Matthew Fitzgerald.
- The Dragon. Female Oriental were-dragon, forced to flee to the West from the Yakuza. Killed stopping the Minervan civil war. Played by Anthony Grocock.
- The Duke. German hero with black life-force manipulation powers and the ability to run very fast, and hit very hard. Played by Peter Moore.
- The Eagle. Son of the Ninja. Private eye by day, sword-wielding superhero by night. Killed by the Ninja for betraying him to the authorities. Played by Matthew Fitzgerald.
- The Fool. Super-strong and tough regenerating prankster with a large magical mace. Played by Robert Downham.
- Fulgor. Electrically-powered throwback to a more sexist age. Played by Quinton Carrol.
- Glasnost. Russian military superhuman with gravitic powers, formerly named Red Shield, turned force for change and reform in the former USSR. Played by Matthew Fitzgerald.
- Harlequin. Ballerina and martial artist with sonar who defected from the KGB and was blinded by DEMON, who also killed her husband, causing her to become a super-vigilante. Played by Jane Winter.
- J.P. Ex-Minervan Monitor with minor super-powers, unwillingly augmented with cybernetics after capture by rebels and mind-controlled into being their agent. Very angst-ridden. Played by Anthony Grocock.
- J.R. Russian super-inventor with laser generating armour and an addiction to American soap operas (hence his nom de guerre). Played by Eoin O'Tuarsig. Champions Character Sheet.
- Khira. Extra-dimensional healer inhabiting the transformed corpse of Acharne. Played by Christopher Osbourne.
- Lianja. Extra-dimensional Nightblade; imprisoned after failing to adapt to life on Earth. Played by Eoin O'Tuarsig. Initial and Final Champions Character Sheets.
- The Light. Corporate head with light powers who was badly screwed by Unterwelt. Played by David Prince.
- Masquerade. A Robin Hood-style super-thief, married, with three super-powered children, all under 10 years old. Played by Andrew Davies.
- Motley. Escaped Chilean shapeshifter who eventually went to Tibet to get her head together. Played by Matthew Fitzgerald.
- Peacemaker. Physically normal, but a genius tactician. Responsible for the Spasm. Taken away by Solar Angel. Played by Keith Grainge.
- Phasor. Extra-dimensional shapeshifter. Played by Peter Gilman.
- Radia. Ex-drug addicted dutchwoman with EM radiation powers. Played by Peter Gilman.
- Rathar Mage-Cleaver. Extra-dimensional Dwarven warrior with a bad attitude. Played by Andrew Davies.
- Ravelin. Female French particle physicist with accidentally-gained nuclear powers. Played by Jenny Prince. In Champions Terms.
- Raven. Bermudan superhero with mind over matter powers; killed by Eurostar. Played by Peter Gilman. In Champions Terms.
- Scherazade. Teenage female fire-breathing European were-dragon. Played by Virginia Carrol.
- Shoggoth. British secret servicemans mind inhabiting the body of a shoggoth. Played by Alex Tingle.
- Syncline. Capable of transforming into an earth-controlling rock-man; blackmailed into joining Unterwelt. Played by Andrew Davies.
- Uriel. A fallen angel inhabiting the body of a dead man, killed by DEMON. Played by David McNally.
