A martial art developed single-handedly from a variety of ballet dancing moves and KGB combat techniques by Anna Kowalski, the superhuman Harlequin.
It is very much an offensive martial art, incorporating no purely defensive moves. Instead, the practitioner relies on a high DCV to avoid being hit.
Many of the offensive moves are kicks, though the Killing Strike can be performed with either the hands or feet, and the Nerve Strike is performed with the hands. The Trip manoeuvre is essentially a Martial Throw, but works, as it says by tripping the target instead of actively throwing them.

Although only known to Harlequin in the Overman 1994 game, her martial arts style was taught to others as time went by until it became a fully-fledged martial art. By the time of the Overman 2335 game it is a widespread martial art with as much standing as (for example) Judo or Karate.
