Glasnost is a character from my Overman 1994 game who has also been incorporated into the London Champions and Moscow Superheroes universe. Healing Box (F, M) The box heals all of a person's physical wounds when it is placed in physical contact with them, over the course of ten seconds or so, using needles which it sticks into the injured person. Note that normally Instant Regeneration costs two points; the cost of the Box is reduced both because it is quite slow (but not slow enough to be merely Rapid Healing), via a Focus, and it requires conscious effort to be used rather than being on constantly all the time. |
